The Canyons at Park City,
Utah has some of their best snow of the year in late March without the severe
winter cold – Spring skiing! This is also the week of Spring
Gruv with lots of activities and free concerts. The Canyons has over the 3700
acres of skiable terrain, 156 miles of trails, with 8 peaks. On the first ski
day we will be guided by several Mountain Hosts over the vast resort. Slated
for 2011 is another 300 acres. We
will be staying at the Silverado Lodge with fire places, full kitchens, outdoor
heated pool and hot tub, WiFi, ski storage,
shuttle. Silverado Lodge guests get special priority lift tickets which get
you around the lines at the base gondola and two other lifts on the mountain.
The base gondola is an 8 minute walk from the Silverado; if this is too far,
a $320 per-person upgrade will put you in the Grand Summit with ski-in/out,
just yards from the base gondola. PACKAGE INCLUDES: ·

of the two bedroom suites have a pair of queens in one bedroom if you need
your own bed. *We can go over 32 people if they commit before October 15 – we
are holding 10 extra spaces for a limited time. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: ·

will need an image of your Driver’s License or TSA acceptable ID for the
purposes of ticketing. ·

is a 10% beginner terrain mountain ·
You
must be a member in good standing of the Pensacola Ski Club or any Florida
Ski Council Club. Dependents 21 or older must be Club members. Under 18
requires parent/guardian signed release of liability. ·

but there is a 3% surcharge that you have to pay and this surcharge is
non-refundable, even if we have to cancel the trip. Amount due at sign

cancellation fees that escalate as the travel date approaches American Airlines group policies A
deposit of $50 per seat is required to confirm space. You may cancel all or
any portion of your seats 95 days prior to departure without penalty. Within
89 to 0 days prior to departure you must utilize 90% of the remaining seats
or pay a penalty of $50 for each seat cancelled. Tickets issued but not used
will not count towards utilization requirements and will be subject to the
$50/per seat utilization penalty. Names are due 40 days prior to departure.
One name change per ticket is allowed with a $50.00 fee. Tickets are
refundable prior to departure, less a $175/refund fee, plus $50 penalty for
non-utilization of seat. TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AFTER DEPARTURE DATE.
Senior discounts, vouchers & other tickets cannot be applied. Changes
after tickets are issued, applicable inventory must be available and must
meet advanced reservation min/max stay requirements @ $175.00 fee per ticket.
ALL CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS MUST BE DONE MONDAY-FRIDAY DURING AMERICAN AIRLINES
NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS. AAdvantage mileage may be
accrued. AAdvantage upgrades allowed only after
ticket issuance. Canyons Lodging group policies Initial
deposit is fully refundable up until Oct 26th, 2010. Group may release 20% of
units held until Dec 26th, 2010 without penalty. Final payment is due 45 days
prior to arrival. Any additional units cancelled are the responsibility of
the club. |
