We will be staying at the Village at Breckenridge Hotel and the Plaza Condo’s, they are 30 feet apart at the bottom of peak 9 just 100 yards to the Quicksilver ski lift. Package options are for 7 nights lodging including tax at the Village At Breckenridge (2 adults per HOTEL ROOM or 4 adults per 2 bedroom/2 bathroom CONDO at the Plaza). Included in package rate is roundtrip baggage handling and $15/night resort fee per room and a mandatory $16.60 per night Vail Resorts - Resort Fee.

Both lodging options are located at the base of Peak 9 and just steps from historic Main Street this moderate property features slope side accommodations, recently remodeled rooms, indoor/outdoor heated pool, common area hot tubs, sauna, restaurants, 24 hour front desk guest service, exercise room, and underground heated parking.

We will fly in to Denver International air port and bus to the resort and then let the fun begin. The Florida Ski Council has negotiated discounts on our 5 day lift tickets (included in the trip price).

There are three Florida Ski Council functions planned and they are included in the package price (this is not optional).

· 5 day lift tickets

OPTIONS:

· FSC race clinic additional charge.

· FSC practice runs on race course (no charge).

· FSC race (fee to be determined).

· Offer trip insurance if available, could save you a headache later too.

· Additional lift ticket for 6^th day will be available at FSC discount rate.

· Lift tickets are valid at Keystone, Breckenridge, A-Basin and give an option to ski Vail/Beaver Creek for a limited number of days: 3 Day ticket/1 day; 4 or 5 Day tickets/2 days; 6 or more Day tickets/3 days.

· Side trips may be available.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

· To participate: you must be a Pensacola Ski Club member in good standing new Family memberships are $70 individual memberships are $45, returning members fees are $50 family and $25 for individuals (anyone over 21 by December 27, 2011 must join the club).

· Children under 21 no additional membership fee

· You must fill out an sign a trip application.

· We need a trip application for each person participating.

· Please provide a photo copy of your official ID you plan to use when going through airport security.

· Please list date of birth and gender for all members of your family.

· You will be required to pay airline luggage fees for checked bags, bring a credit card.

Cancelation Policy:

Delta Airlines group policies
Any adjustments of the group must be made prior to 90 days before departure.
From 60 - 89 days prior to departure, the group must maintain 90% utilization or
there will be a $75/seat penalty. Within 59 days any seats cancelled below the 10%
breakage will be assessed a $75/seat penalty.

Should the group size fall below 10 passengers within 90 days, the entire deposit
will be forfeited and the fare will increase to the applicable published fare at time
of ticketing. Once ticketed, any voluntary itinerary changes will incur a $175 change
fee. Names and ticketing are due 35 days prior to departure. One name change per
ticket is allowed on group bookings.

Village At Breckenridge group policies

There is no penalty on any units released 91 days or more prior to arrival.  Cancellations made from 89 – 30 days prior to arrival will pay a $25/person penalty based on minimum occupancy per unit.  Cancellations made within 29 days prior to arrival, the group is responsible for the entire block.

Airline Luggage Notice -
Please be aware that most airlines have instituted charges for checked luggage - including skis, boots and other sports equipment. You should advise your group participants and members that these luggage cost are paid directly to the airline at check-in. We have companies that offer discounted group rates on rental equipment and luggage shipping.

IMPORTANT - All airfares are subject to change. Any additional surcharges imposed by the airlines or transfer company prior to departure are the responsibility of the group. You will be notified by RMT at the time of the surcharge and if we are given an opportunity to issue tickets or pay in full to avoid the surcharge, you will have 7 days to supply us with names and full payment. Otherwise, the surcharge will be added to your bill and collected at final payment.
