ACCOMODATIONS:

The Park Station Condos are located at the base of Park City’s historic Main Street, within walking distance of shops, nightlife, and a variety of eating establishments. Convenient access to the town lift   and the new Town Bridge. Each condo is priced for four people per condo; one bedroom will have a queen bed and the other bedroom will usually contain a queen or two twin beds (be sure to specify your preference).  Free public transit stops regularly just outside Park Station, taking riders to neighboring resorts, grocery and specialty shops.  Cable television and daily maid service are included.  There is an indoor and outdoor hot tub, a sauna and a laundry facility.  You can view the property on the web: www.parkstationpc.com

     SINGLE SUPPLEMENT:  Add  $700 (one person per bedroom/bathroom)

Payments, documentation, trip insurance:           

·        Amount due at sign up:    20% of total          

·        Balance due in equal payments on:  Aug 1, Sept 1, Oct 1 and Nov 1   

 

·        Payments can be made by cash, check or credit card (Master Card/Visa only).  Credit card payments include a non-refundable 3% surcharge.

·        Make checks to Pensacola Ski Club/Park City

·        A late fee of $10 will be charged for late payments.

·        Cancellation fee:  $25 minimum, other penalties may apply.

 

Trip insurance is available.  For example, $59 buys up to $1100 coverage ($79 for $1500) per person in trip cancellation, interruption and medical (certain exclusions may apply, ask for enrollment information).
